Don Gibb
Owner/Head Age Group Coach
Coach Gibb is an ASCA Level 5 coach with over 35 years of coaching experience. He’s coached over a dozen Olympians, including a 1996 Olympic Finalist. He’s coached multiple NCAA National Champions, SEC Champions, ACC Champions, and FHSAA Champions. Coach Gibb spent ten years as the Head Coach at Florida State University and another nine years leading the University of South Carolina. Despite the long list of high-level accomplishments, Coach Gibb considers the days he helps young swimmers learn new skills to be some of his favorites on the pool deck. Coach Gibb is available for private lessons by appointment.
Kayle Roubicek
Lesson Coordinator / Head Instructor
Coach Kayle leads our nationally recognized SwimAmerica lessons program. She is an ASCA Level 2 Coach with over 20 years of teaching experience. Coach Kayle holds additional instructional certifications for infant swim lessons and for working with swimmers with disabilities. Coach Kayle oversees our group lessons instructors, teachings our one-on-one infant/preschool classes, and manages our private lessons program. Coach Kayle is known for her patience and ability to help even the newest swimmers become comfortable and proficient in the water. Coach Kayle is available for private lessons by appointment.
